I upgraded to the new version of sakura, and now I don't have any transparency. I go to check the options, make the necessary changes but nothing.

There is a patch available now. https://bugs.launchpad.net/sakura/+bug/969294/comments/7

The patch fixed the opacity problem in Sakura-3.0.3 for me.
