DetailsDescription:
Please have Web Africa's ArchLinux mirror listed as an official ArchLinux mirror. Per https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DeveloperWiki:NewMirrors further details below. Additional info: We've been running this mirror for over a year for our own servers. Many of our customers also use our mirror however we'd much prefer that this be possible to do with standard tools with less fuss. We've noted that there are no official ArchLinux mirrors in South Africa and that there may very well be no official ArchLinux mirrors in Africa as a whole either. Mirror domain name: ftp.wa.co.za Geographical location of the mirror: Cape Town, South Africa Supported access methods: http, ftp URLs for the above access methods: http://ftp.wa.co.za/pub/archlinux/ ftp://ftp.wa.co.za/pub/archlinux/ The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from: uk2.net (Great Britain) - rsync://mirrors.uk2.net/archlinux/ Administrative contact: mirror-admin@webafrica.com This address is also subscribed to the arch-mirrors mailing list. Steps to reproduce: N/A |
