I'm am running dcron-4.5 on a gentoo, 32 bit system. There are errors in the logic processing days of the week to run a job and days of the month to run a job when used in combination. The simplest example of the problem I was able to derive is as follows: On thursday, Feb. 23, a crontab of: * * * * Thu date >> /tmp/date_log will run the job every minute. A crontab of * * 23 * * date >> /tmp/date_log will run the job every minute. But the following crontab will never run the job: * * 23 * Thu date >> /tmp/date_log |
