Hey, could you please add ffmpeg support to future versions? I personally need AVI Support for a project and it would be nice (I guess) if the version in the Arch repo would support it.

Edit: The binary from the paraview page supports it. I guess there are some compiler flags missing to get support for it.

do you have ffmpeg installed when you try exporting as avi?

Yes I have, but only JPG/PNG/Tif choosable in the export dialog.

I just rebuilt with ffmpeg added as a dependency.

Rebuilt again, adding ffmpeg as a dependency and using the -DVTK_USE_FFMPEG_ENCODER:BOOL=ON cmake flag.
Also had to apply a patch for the new ffmpeg compatibility.
