gnome-volume-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libdbus-glib-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Will it ever be ONE time that I will upgrade the OS to -current and such trivial bugs won't happen? I surely wish to.

Reason for closing:  Works for me
Additional comments about closing:  We can't reproduce it at all on any system we have here at linuxtag.
Also, our gnome-volume-manager has two tabs, so please remove your local compiled version stuff before you report bugs again.

I _have_ upgraded gnome-volume-manager, as I said, this was a big OS update late in the night, and hal, dbus and g-v-m were all there fetched and installed by pacman. But trying to run "gnome-volumen-manager" resulted in dbus and hal .so.0 errors.

BTW, why g-v-m on arch still looks like a one long preference panel? I have ubuntu installed and it has two tabs there, which is nicer.

Please post your output of pacman -Qi gnome-volume-manager, I can't confirm this bug at all.

We backported the hal api changes to 1.2.2, we don't ship development shit. Fedora and Ubuntu Breezy (you know, the bleeding edge bad ass broken development branch in ubuntu) ship gnome-volume-manager 1.3.x, which should have a preferences panel with tabs.
