alsaconf is reported to be broken in various ways, see bug report

As mentioned in that same report, debian is trying to get rid of it. Shall we try to do the same thing? It's not being maintained anyways.

To expand on the broken in "other ways", it relies on module map files which are obsolete relics from the 2.4 kernel age. According to upstream, the only valid use case for this tool is for ISA sound cards. We can simply pass --disable-alsaconf to alsa-utils and ditch this.
