Description:
After building a devel package, makepkg shouldn’t say that the old version is uninstallable, it should use the version as it is now.

Steps to reproduce:
* download an old devel PKGBUILD (any -hg for example)
* run makepkg -i

can you be more specific? Give clear steps, with examples that can be replicable.
