Description:
I've installed linux-lts kernel package and uninstalled linux package, but my grub2 boot menu did not update automatically. I suppose to have some kind of hook to do it(if grub2 is installed) or add atleast information that I should update grub2 by myself.

we don't really do any automatically configurations

It should be obvious that you have to update your grub config when changing kernel names. Arch doesn't hold your hand; even if it does mean you have to learn it the hard way.
