DetailsCurrently, lsb_release provides a distribution description, but does not provide a distribution ID. It should provide Arch Linux (or ArchLinux, I don't know which is more correct) as the distribution ID.
This can be done easily by replacing in the PKGBUILD the line echo "DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=\"Arch Linux\"" > "$pkgdir/etc/lsb-release" by echo "DISTRIB_ID=\"Arch Linux\"\nDISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=\"Arch Linux\"" > "$pkgdir/etc/lsb-release" Another thing that could be done is to add "Stable" as the distribution version, and create a new package in the testing repository that would have "Testing" as the distribution version. |
