Description:
Since the move to the tmpfs /run and the symlink of /var/run to it, packages shouldn’t put files in it.
/var/run/dbus/ is already created at each launch, so it wouldn’t hurt to just remove it from the package.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
1.4.16-1
* config and/or log files etc.
No.

Steps to reproduce:
* install dbus-core;
* reboot, or umount /run, or anything to empty it;
* % pacman -Qk dbus-core
No file should be reported missing.
