telepathy-qt4 is not actually used anywhere: it is only needed for the experimental tubes support in krdc/krfb, which is not compiled in the Arch package (you need to explicitly enable it with -DBUILD_EXPERIMENTAL_TUBES_SUPPORT cmake option, but it is not recommended by upstream)
