Description:
After updating pcre to version 8.30-1, I started seeing some applications crashing with the following error: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Looking at the pcre package changes, the last update to version 8.30-1 removed the code to create the symbolic link: http://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/pcre&id=fafae4e2a305aa0bc3f5b9953f7a23fb4394e485 Maybe that should or could be reverted? Additional info: * package version(s): pcre 8.30-1 Steps to reproduce: I could find the message above on my /var/log/pacman.log and I also get this message when trying to run other applications (like mysql-gui-tools from AUR). |

you should fully update your system and rebuild unsupported

Sorry, didn't know about that. I recompiled them and they seem to
work now. Thank you.
