Description:
I think it would be great to build osmesa in the mesa PKGBUILD for programs that might require it. With the change introduced in http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2011-June/008897.html, osmesa can be enabled and built at the same time as DRI and GLX to also allow offscreen rendering.

A patch is attached which builds osmesa as a subpackage of mesa.

Additional info:
* mesa 8.0-1

Any good reason what osmesa is good for in year 2012?

Headless 3D software rendering without X server. I use it as well as some packages on AUR.
