Details
The program doesn't start after upgrading to version 3.6.0,
due to some missing library. The error message is:
octave: error while loading shared libraries: libfltk_gl.so.1.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory |

The package fltk seems to have changed from optional to mandatory
Indeed, installing package fltk resolved the issue!
I just ran in to the same issue. This should be changed to a
mandatory dependency. I would do it but I'm not an archlinux dev.
