since update to Package boinc 6.12.34-2 boincmgr is missing in /usr/bin
* config and/or log files etc.

I can confirm that /usr/bin/boincmgr isn't there.

There are patches by Gentoo[1][2].
Moreover, cflags requires to be add "`pkg-config --cflags --libs gtk+-2.0` -lX11".

Because boinc's svn branches are sometimes updated without version numbering even if the tags are already released stable version so these may be unnecessary some day.

boinc-svn on AUR is an example[3].

boinc-svn from AUR does have /usr/bin/boincmgr.
