Description:
gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins is missing the mplex plugin (libgstmplex.so). This plugin is needed when you try to make a video DVD in Brasero.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins mjpegtools dvdauthor
- Open Brasero
- Create a video project
- Add a video file
- Try to burn it on a DVD

Brasero tells you that mplex(Gstreamer) should be installed.

configure:35722: checking interact.hpp presence
configure:35722: g++ -E -I/usr/include/mjpegtools -I/usr/include/mjpegtools/mpeg2enc -I/usr/include/mjpegtools/mplex conftest.cpp
In file included from /usr/include/mjpegtools/mplex/interact.hpp:30:0,
from conftest.cpp:93:
/usr/include/mjpegtools/mplex/stream_params.hpp:26:20: fatal error: config.h: No such file or directory

I think their test is broken and that's why it doesn't compile the support
