Incompatible version between xulrunner and chmsee

Additional info:

Steps to reproduce:

$ chmsee
Error: Platform version '10.0' is not compatible with
minVersion >= 6.0
maxVersion <= 9.0.*

I can confirm this; /usr/share/chmsee/application.ini contains the line "MaxVersion=9.0.*". To use chmsee with xulrunner 10, it needs to be rebuilt using the attached patch which sets MaxVersion to 10.0.*, and adds a workaround for xulrunner bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=714138

It seems that bug 714138 is a duplicate of
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=723861
and that the problem is some missing files in Gecko 10.0; once upstream fixes that my patch won't be needed to build chmsee against xulrunner 10.
