Details

Description:
after update my upper gnome panel dont show me:
connection, bluetooth, speaker, unversal acces settings.

if i use my right mouse over the panel i can find it but
its hidden. the only open item is the battery item.

found also in the system settings under screen the brightness
function can not get changed anymore. mybe there is much more wrong
but for now you should know that.

the attachment show you the panel and the scren settings.

found out the configuration editor is aslo empty see:Screenshot at 2012-02-06 12:05:12
and
for the sound settings there is no way to move it up or down. see:Screenshot at 2012-02-06 12:09:39

I had similar issues, but without the empty configuration editor.
According to http://www.archlinux.org/news/libpnglibtiff-rebuilds-move-from-testing/ rebuilding cairo-xcb fixed all errors on my system.

reinstalling librsvg was not enough.
I even tried the git-version with no luck.

is it enough if you do it in the right order. first be sure you don't have any stock packages replaced from aur (a.k.a recompile after everything was fully updated).
