Description:
Trying to open Konqueror I get an error:

"There was an error loading the module Über Konqueror.
The diagnostics is:
Cannot load library /usr/lib/kde4/konq_aboutpage.so: (libpng14.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

Additional info:
* kdebase-konqueror 4.8.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
Open Konqueror with testing repo enabled.

run LD_DEBUG=files konqueror> log 2>&1 and upload the log to see which soname tries to load libpng14

Another thing: When opening the settings I get the following:
"Cannot load library /usr/lib/kde4/kcm_konqhtml.so: (libpng14.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"
