AUDIO_BACKEND should be AUDIO_DRIVER (apparently) DAEMON is not used SYSTEM should be BUS And please, check the remaining content of the two files, since they appear so badly out-of-sync. |

Simple service start fails with message: "Failed to parse options: Cannot parse integer value '' for --num-devices".
I listed reasons for this and other errors which are bound to happen.
It's just the search system here somehow couldn't find them, only Google did.
I'm wounder how such broken package can be placed to extra. ArchLinux is unstable forever :)
I too wonder why they don't fix script or update program itself (a new version has been released about two weeks ago). I know there's upstream bug resulting in segfault on startup, probably involving [libao] 1.1.0-1 (current):

So maybe cdemu still won't work? Is this the reason why it's not fixed or updated? I know not. :[
