DetailsDescription: All of the packages kdeutils-*-4.7.4 and kdeaccessibility-*-4.7.4 were each contained in a single pkgbase, kdeutils/ and kdeaccessiblity/ in /var/abs/extra/. When these were split into separate pkgbuilds for kde 4.8.0 the obsolete directories were left stranded. They should have been automatically deleted.
Additional info: * package version(s) abs-2.4.3 (and earlier?) and internal archlinux tools which maintain the rsync repository for the abs tree. * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: abs cd /var/abs/extra cd kdeutils (it is present and contains PKGBUILD for obsolete version) cd /var/abs/extra cd kdeaccessibility (it is present and contains PKGBUILD for obsolete version) or pbget --abs kdeutils # fetchs an obsolete pkgbuild pbget --abs kdeaccessibility # fetches an obsolete pkgbuild |

Nothing to do with ABS... those packages were never removed from SVN.
