Description:
*.cfg files in /usr/share/sdlmame/ctrlr have incorrect syntax for the numeric key pad. So ctrlrs mapping don't work.

incorrect :
KEYCODE_2_PAD
KEYCODE_4_PAD
KEYCODE_6_PAD
KEYCODE_8_PAD

correct :
KEYCODE_2PAD
KEYCODE_4PAD
KEYCODE_6PAD
KEYCODE_8PAD
