Description:

Jaroslav Lichtblau (dragonlord) seems to be the only packager to not have his key signed by enough master keys.

This means that (without manually lsigning his key) "SigLevel = Optional TrustedOnly" won't work in every case.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
'LC_ALL=C pacman -Si | grep "Name\|Version\|Lichtblau" | grep -B 1 "Lichtblau" | grep "Name"'
for all packages.

offlineimap 6.5.1.2-1 as an example.

See http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x24E4CDB0013C2580 for details on the signatures.

To reproduce, try "pacman -Swdd offlineimap" with "SigLevel = Optional TrustedOnly" in /etc/pacman.conf

Mostly is his fault for not replying to any of master private/public emails.

As a master holder I won't sign his key unless everything I asked is done.
