My apologies, I did realize this, but I didn't know the proper category to file it under since there isn't one for community packages and there didn't seem to be a corresponding entry in AUR for the package. Where should I submit this issue?

Carl: I moved it to the correct place. For community package, you need to select "Community Packages" as the project.

Note that netbeans still complains that app_w.exe is missing and that it is not included with netbeans, but that the creation of the Platform Application completes sucessfully. However, pre7_app_w.exe is included with netbens, but I don't know if that is related. If the missing app_w.exe is a problem, please report a bug to the netbeans developers.
