When attempting to run cuda-gdb (one of the binary tools included with the toolkit) it immediately crashes with the following error message: $ cuda-gdb cuda-gdb: error while loading shared libraries: libtinfo.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory It can be easily fixed by adding the following symlink: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libncurses.so.5 /usr/lib/libtinfo.so.5 I noticed this in 4.1.21-3 x86_64. It may also be a problem with i686, but all my machines are running x64 so I cannot confirm it. |
