Description: According to http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/cpupower/ this package has been in the repo since 01-15-2012 but it does not appear in my abs synctree.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 2.4.3-1
* config and/or log files etc. (attached)

Steps to reproduce:

$ sudo abs
$ ls -l /var/abs/community | grep cpu
drwxr-sr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 22 00:05 cpuburn
drwxr-sr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 22 00:05 cpulimit
   abs.conf (0.7 KiB)

linux-tools is the base package, have a look at the PKGBUILD: http://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/linux-tools
The info about the base package is on the page you linked to too.
