The description of the package says:
TOMOYO Linux 2.3.x userspace tools for Linux kernels 2.6.36 - 3.0
it's oudated and wrong now.
I would suggest:
TOMOYO Linux 2.5.x userspace tools for Linux kernels >=3.2
