Details

Description:
pacman has since quite some time now supported Delta packages out of the box. Delta packages help reduce the bandwidth requirements while updating the system and should also reduce server load. Yet delta packages are not promoted anywhere.
I request that the mirror: http://delta.archlinux.fr/$repo/os/$arch
be added to the official mirrorlist.

i'm not happy with adding this mirror to our official list.

instead, he should help developers implement this feature on all mirrors.
