It's a todo for the future, I wouldn't worry about it yet though.

I'm going to (finally) close this bug, as I don't see us approaching complete FHS-compliancy yet.

We've moved most packages from /usr/etc to /etc, but I doubt we'll be fulfilling the /media requirement.
