This task depends upon
There are some people which don't enable community, and no packages in extra should depend (but can be make-dependent) on community packages, otherwise community SHOULD BE ENTIRELY a requirement for enabling extra packages (and I hope Aaron doesn't want this).
I'm not against the idea that "no packages in extra should depend (but can be make-dependent) on community packages," but it's not up to me to decide either :-)
