Also dependencies of perl-mail-dkim should be moved.

What do you mean by 'just' ?

There are some people which don't enable community, and no packages in extra should depend (but can be make-dependent) on community packages, otherwise community SHOULD BE ENTIRELY a requirement for enabling extra packages (and I hope Aaron doesn't want this).

There are more packages like this e.g aqbanking from [community] is a dependency for gnucash from [extra].

I'm not against the idea that "no packages in extra should depend (but can be make-dependent) on community packages," but it's not up to me to decide either :-)
