DetailsDescription: If libassuan is not installed and pacman is upgraded to 4.0 it becomes to be unusabe: libassuan.so.0 is required. It becomes unable to install libassuan or downgrade pacman or do anything using pacman at all.
Additional info: pacman 4.0.1-4 Steps to reproduce: * Using pacman v.3 uninstall libassuan (or ensure that it's not installed) and upgrade pacman. Variant of steps to recovery the system: * Download libassuan package file from a mirror (e.g. http://www.archlinux.org/packages/core/i686/libassuan/download/) * Unpack the file to the root of the filesytem directly with tar/xz. Remove /.INSTALL and /.PKGINFO. * Run ldconfig (possibly it's not required). * Reinstall libassuan from the repository using pacman with --force flag. |

Can't happen. pacman depends on gpgme, gpgme depends on gnupg2, gnupg2 depends on libassuan.
