Description:

Running namcap on packages when testing repository is not enabled in pacman leads to WARNINGs.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Don't enable testing repository in pacman.conf
2) run in a shell: "namcap quagga-0.99.20-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz"
