On x86_64 ver, presumably applies to all. Note that I just ran across this bug and am not an active user of gnome, but upon installing and running gnome-tweak-tool from a relatively pure xfce4 desktop, the tool would crash on startp with this error among many other warnings and such: (gnome-tweak-tool:21022): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power' is not installed So, naturally, I installed gnome-settings-daemon and lo and behold, it runs. No further stuff to install or tinkering necessary. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. gnome-tweak-tool 3.2.2-2 gnome-settings-daemon 3.2.2-1 Steps to reproduce: Try running gnome-tweak-tool without gnome-settings-daemon. Presumably it will crash for you too. |
