Description:
I'm try to cross compile something using -m32 when I link in dumb I get /usr/lib/libdumb.a format incompatible i386:x86_64 blah. I searched the repos and there doesnt appear to be a multilib/dumb so if you could add one I'd be very greatful.

dumb is in [community]. Community repos had a problem that's been already fixed. You may have to wait a bit for the mirrors to sync.

He is asking for a lib32-dumb package to be added to multilib. Given there is not even one in the AUR, this is a "Won't Implement".
