DetailsGtk3 is not a required library for this package. Package just ships theme for gtk3.
Currently because of such depends, packman requires to install gtk3. |

I don't see removing either runtime dependency as an option, sorry. (Remember though, that you can build a package without gtk3 using ABS.)
I know about aur, but if I'd been a fan of compilation I would stick with gentoo.
The gtk-xfce-engine package will be replaced by gtk2-xfce-engine on upgrade.
Hope this is a satisfactory solution to the dependencies issue. :)
