DetailsFor filesystem 2011.12, install /var/{lock,run} as symlinks instead of directories.

This task depends upon
filesystem.patch
Fedora uses a relative symlink for /var/mail -> /var/spool/mail, too. (the /run symlinks might be in lines 102 and 103)
