Works here.

Can you check with a new config/user? If it still happens with a new config, can you catch some output?

Well, I've created a new user and configured e17 in first login.

Default bottom shelf has no problem with any app opened so I've load Engage module and created a new Engage bar with Autohide in fullscreen and some app links. Then I've opened Chromium and e17 crashed as reported.

Crash don't happen if the Engage module is loaded

Okay, I can replicate the bug.

Is this the first set of packages in the repos that engage stopped working, or which set was the last for it to work?

Yes. The problem isn't present in previous versions. It begin with the last update of e17 packages.

Version of e-modules-extra-svn installed is 66640-1

I think it's due to the new glibc version...

Either way, I compiled new snapshots for x86_64 that fix this bug. I'll try to get new i686 packages up tomorrow.
