DetailsDescription: Chromium requires a ~/Downloads directory in order for extension installation to work correctly (hangs at "Checking" after clicking "Install"). Directory should be created if it does not exist. (This could be considered an upstream bug, but is just as easily fixed in the package--at least a warning message would be nice.)
Additional info: * package version: 16.0.912.63-2 Steps to reproduce: - don't have a ~/Downloads directory - install chromium - navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gagmjmoimnkgoijihaaeodbefhcapjcj - click "Add to Chrome" - click "Install" in the dialog box |

The relevant upstream bug is Issue 107984 (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=107984).
Reopen if it's still an issue.
