Details

Description:
Due to a bug in qt 4.8 the full path name must be entered e. g. for KDE system notification to hear a sound.
In previous versions the file name for the sound file without the directory /usr/share/sounds/ was sufficient.

* tested on i686

Steps to reproduce:
Properly configured sound output on the system, KDE installed.
Login / logout from KDE with default settings for sound for KDE desktop notifications. You will hear no sound.
Adding /usr/share/sounds/ to the path in the notifications dialog solves the problem.

Problem still exists in KDE 4.8. Previewing the sounds on notification settings works, but I don't have any actual sound notifications anywhere in KDE.
Tested this on a new user account.

Gentoo uses the same patch.
