binutils-2.15-1 is missing windres, but has the man page for the program.

Additional comments about closing:  These tools are only shipped on novell and/or windows platforms, they're useless on linux. Removed the manpages for them, as the binaries aren't shipped.

It appears that windres requires a special gcc or some such.

[jvinet@earth binutils]$ ./windres
sh: lt-gcc: command not found
lt-windres: no resources
