I put some configurations in /etc/kde (I tried /etc/kde4 too), but if I create new user, those settings are not set as defaults to new user. Additional info: * kdebase 4.7.4-1 Copy or create configurations in /etc/kde, create new user, login. Configuration is not set. |

For some odd reasons KDE devs decided that global configuration goes to /usr/share/config only.
