Details
Is there any reason to have only the i686 package of luajit?
I searched for in the forum, in flyspray and on the LuaJIT
website but I did not find anything.

Reason for closing: Upstream
Additional comments about closing: The 2.x series does support x86_64, but the 1.x series does not.
Upstream considers 1.x to be stable.
There will be an x86_64 package as soon as 2.x becomes stable.
In the meantime, have a look at luajit2 and luajit2-git in [unsupported].
Thanks for the report!
