DetailsDescription:
Valgrind generates error for getline puts calls on x86_64. Same test with ubuntu i386 doesn't. Error is probably in suppression file. Additional info: * package version(s) Valgrind-3.7.0 /lib/libc-2.14.1.so GCC 4.6.2 20111125 (prerelease) (GCC) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Tested on base, base-devel and valgrind setup on qemu. Also same problem with larger install on my desktop. 1. Compile attached test software gcc -g -o read_test read_test.c 2. Run software under valgrind. 3. Give some input for process. 4. a) expect output like in ubuntu b) get output like one in arch. |
