Description:

PKGBUILD specifies
depends=(... 'libtool')

in package_redland()

At best, this should be a makedepends, but since libtool is part of base-devel, it's superfluous. I removed it and it builds fine in a clean chroot.

I found this dependency trying to track down why gcc was installing on my webserver (where I do no compiling.) Output of pactree -r gcc:

|--gcc
|--libtool
|--redland
|--libreoffice-common
|--alfresco-community-base
|--alfresco-community-tomcat6
