Details

Description: the art, configs etc. of frogatto is not GPL, only the src/ tree is GPL3

See in the directory root LICENSE file:
https://github.com/frogatto/frogatto/blob/b204659cb3e841752223cb46abf63c53f99f60e7/LICENSE
from https://github.com/frogatto/frogatto , it's a custom non-commercial license and at the root of the frogatto dir.

The data is free for distribution for non-commercial purposes, but please read the LICENSE yourself.
The GPL3 is in the src/ tree as another LICENSE file.
https://github.com/frogatto/frogatto/blob/643a8540505a5c6b5d252ef13cc1030b2218a8ae/src/LICENSE

So I think the community/frogatto package should be changed too and have the 'GPL3' license? I think that is what's used in this case for GPL3. I don't know about the data license, you just copy it from the root tree and have the frogatto-data license field be custom non-commercial or something? Maybe you can contact upstream and suggest the CC BY-NC-ND (Creative Commons attribution, non-commercial, no-derivative) license, although it's tricky and difficult to decide if it's the right license for their situation.

Thanks!
