Description:
Qt Creator 2.3.1 is incompatible with Subversion 1.7 but Qt Creator 2.4.0 RC1 is compatible.
I've attached backport patch to add support for Subversion 1.7 to Qt Creator 2.3.1 in the meantime until the final Qt Creator 2.4.0 is released.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open project file from Subversion checkout in Qt Creator
2. Open Tools menu and observe that Subversion menu is missing
   subversion-1.7.patch (4.3 KiB)

I'll let you decide whether to patch the qtcreator in community or to move qtcreator 2.4.0rc-1 out of community-testing.
