DetailsThe -g switch will output to stdout the array of checksums. A highly useful enhancement to makepkg would be for it to look inside the PKGBUILD and replace the existing checksum array with the new checksums.
Falconindy wrote a very slick awk script that does just this. I think this would be a great feature to add to makepkg perhaps under a new switch. See post #5 in this thread for the code: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=131666 |
