Hi,

[I know that this is not the right place to do this but this package had already been flagged out of date for about two months]

DHCP 4.2.3-P1 had been released on 07 Dec 2011 an fix a remote crash (<https://www.isc.org/software/dhcp/advisories/cve-2011-4539>).

Please, update this package to the last version.
