Regardless of the size of the history, scroll handles on the top and bottom of the clipboard history list are always displayed when the Clipman icon is clicked. 1.2.0-1 did not have this problem.

OK, I wasn't quite right in my report earlier.

xfce4-clipman-plugin can be installed in two ways:
-running it normally as a program which causes it to be displayed in the status notification area
-adding it as an item to the panel

Running it as a program works fine. Adding it to the panel causes the scrollbar problem. At some point on my system it switched from one method to the other, but that's another issue altogether...

I can confirm this bug still exists, and I have created a bug report upstream.
