Description:
graphviz is missing a dependency on libltdl. When installing, I get:

"""
usr/bin/dot: error while loading shared libraries: libltdl.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
error: command failed to execute correctly
"""

When (I'm guessing) it's trying to run `dot -c`. I get this error when running `dot` normally as well.

Installing the libltdl package (and reinstalling graphviz) makes everything shiny again.

Steps to reproduce:
Install graphviz w/out libltdl
